- Heat a pan on medium flame, add oil 2.Add Onion and saute for a minute
- 3. Add tomatoes,salt,green chillies, ginger,garlic paste & cook for 2 to 3 mins
- Add the red chillies powder, turmeric,coriander powder,garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2 mins
- Add 1/2 cup reserved pasta water,mix and cook for 2 mins
- Add cooked pasta and gently mix well together 7.Do a taste test and adjust spices if required
- 8.ADd chopped fresh coriander 9.Serve Warm
