- Put dates in a blender jar and blend on a pulse mode. Heat ghee in a wok adds dates n cook on low flame for 1-2 min. Then add seeds paneer & combine well.
- Now transfer this mixture into a foil paper or cling sheet and prepare a roll, keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- When sets properly remove foil, cut into slices with a knife. Transfer to a serving plate and Serve.
