- For pakwan In mixing bowl add flour and seasoning in it. Make dough like roti. Rest for 15 minutes
- Now make big size puri from it. Prick with the fok and dip fry them all. Till crispy and golden brown in color.
- For dal In pressure cooker add dal, salt and turmeric powder and cook for 2 whistles
- Release the press from it then add remaining seasoning in it . Add the water to adjust the consistency
- Now do the tempering on it and mix it.
- Assemble Take a serving plate put the puri on it then pour the dal on it. Then add green chutney, sweet chutney, onion, tomatoes, coriander as per taste on it. Serve it immediately
