Ingredients

  • 1 Cup toordal cooked for 4 whistle
  • 1 t,sp.mirchi,1/2 t.sp. haldi
  • 1 t.sp. dhania powder
  • 1 t, sp. lemon juice,2-3 Kokam petals
  • Salt, jaggery as required
  • For dough--- 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 t.sp. besan,1 t.sp. oil,
  • 1/2 t,sp. carrom seeds, haldi
  • mirchi powder, salt as required
  • Handful chopped coriander
  • Tadka for dal-- Oil, rai, jeera, curry leaves
  • 1 dried red mirchi

Instructions

  • In pan add cooked dal, haldi, mirchi, dhania powder, salt, jaggery, kokam, lemon juice.Boil it.
  • Knead a dough of wheat flour, besan, ajwain,haldi mirchi powder, salt, oil.
  • Roll roti.Half roast on tava on both sides
  • Cut into pieces. Keep aside.
  • Give tadka with tadka items.Garnish with coriander.Add dhokli.
