- First soak moong into water. Than rinse it. Take one cooker add moong, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli, turmeric powder and water.
- Keep the cooker on a medium flame for 3 to 4 whistles.
- After moon is boiled. Crush puris into small pieces and add moong than garnish it with chopped onion and lemon. It is ready to serve.
