  • Half liter full cream milk
  • 2tbsp custard powder
  • 1/4cupsugar or according to teste
  • 1tsp cardmon powder
  • 1tbsp chopped cashew and almond
  • 2banana
  • 1/2cup whipped cream
  • 1tbsp tutti futti

Instructions

  • Take out 1/4 cup of milk and keep it aside Take out 1/4 cup of milk and keep it aside. Add custard powder to that milk and mix it. Put the rest of the milk in a saucepan and heat it when it comes to a boil,
  • then add the milk containing the custard mix and add sugar, then cook the custard on medium flame.
  • Now add cardamom powder to the custard and mix.
  • Now take out the custard and keep it in a separate bowl to cool down.
  • Now peel and cut the banana.Now grind the custard banana in a mixer jar.
  • grind it by adding dry fruits. And take it out in a glass.
  • Now put the whip cream in a piping bag, apply a nozzle with flowers and decorate the shake as per your choice and apply cherries on top.
