A healthy sandwich which is easy to make

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (any)
  • 2 tbsp dahi,
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder,
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 med sized onion,
  • 1 green chilli chopped finely,
  • as per need Herbs.. . Oregano,
  • as required Basil,
  • as per taste Butter for toasting,

Instructions

  • Firstly whisk dahi, mix salt & black pepper powder, keep aside. Cut cucumber & onion into roundals, keep aside.
  • Now arrange slices on a dish, spread curd.
  • Arrange cucumber & onion onto the slices. Add green chilli also. Sprinkle black pepper powder & herbs. Cover it with the other slice.
  • Pre heat the griller, brush some butter, place the sandwich. Place the sandwich, brush lil butter on the upper side too.
  • Grill it until brown. Make all the sandwiches in the same manner.
  • Take out in a serving dish, cut diagonally. Serve it with chutney, sauce or dip.

Have it with chutney or ketchup
