- Wash the cucumber and chop into small pieces.
 - In a blender, add cucumber pieces, mint, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Add ¼ cup water and grind.
 - Filter the juice extract.
 - Take a glass. Add ice cubes, Indian black salt, juice extract and mix well. Add cucumber peels, lemon rings and pour chilled water. Add a mint leaf on the top. Serve immediately.
