Cucumber Sabji

  • 250 gram cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon ground nut powder
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  • 1 tablespoon tomato pieces
  • 2 teaspoon coriander cumin powder
  • 3 teaspoon coconut powder
  • As per taste Chilli powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leave


  • Slit the Cucumber.put the all masala ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well and make a stuffing.
  • Stuff the stuffing in cucumbers slit and cut the cucumbers in round pieces.
  • Heat the oil in pan on medium flame. Add the mustard seeds and hing. When mustard seeds are cracked add the cucumber pieces. Stir and saute it. Than add some water and extract stuffing. Cook till 1 minute and switch off the flame.


A very yummy Summer Cool Cucumber Sabji is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leave and serve it.
