Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Besan boondi
  • 1 bowl Curd
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Bleck pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Fresh dhaniya(corinader leaves) for garnish
  • as needed Beetroot for Garnishing

Instructions

  • Clean cucumber and grate in a bowl carrot and bet root cut in strips
  • Nowtake a bowl add cucumber and add salt keep aside for 5 mini now squzee it so water comes out from.cucumber now add curd salt mix it
  • Now transfer to serving bowl sprinkle black pepper garnish with carrot beetroot strips and last garnish with besan bundi

Serve it with your meal chilled
