Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp water
  • as required Oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Grease one tray or plate with oil.
  • Heat nonstick pan. put sugar add 3 tbsp water mix cook on medium heat.
  • Keep stirring.
  • Caramelized the sugar.
  • Till brown in colour.
  • Remove from fire. let it cool for 30 seconds.
  • Now add baking soda. Mix well.
  • Immediately pour in greased tray.
  • Let it cool for 30 to 40 mnts.
  • Set properly.
  • Make pieces and serve or store in airtight container.
