- Grease one tray or plate with oil.
- Heat nonstick pan. put sugar add 3 tbsp water mix cook on medium heat.
- Keep stirring.
- Caramelized the sugar.
- Till brown in colour.
- Remove from fire. let it cool for 30 seconds.
- Now add baking soda. Mix well.
- Immediately pour in greased tray.
- Let it cool for 30 to 40 mnts.
- Set properly.
- Make pieces and serve or store in airtight container.
