  • Leftover rotis
  • Oil for frying
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chaat masala

Instructions

  • Firstly cut the rotis into desired shape In a pan add oil for frying and once the oil is heated add the rotis and fry them untill the turn slight brown and crispy (meduin flame)
  • Once done transfer them into the mixing bowl and add red chilli powder,Chaat masala and give it a proper mix
