  • Dosa
  • Batter
  • Corn kernels
  • Corinader
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilli powder
  • Roasted Bengal gram flour
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a blender and blend corn kernels. Take a tawa and pour dosa batter on it and spread it on the tawa. Then sprinkle red chilli powder,roasted Bengal gram flour,take 1 tbsp of blended corn paste and sprinkle some coriander and chopped curry leaves. Then sprinkle some corn kernels. And add 1/2 tbsp of oil and cook until crisp. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
