- In a kadhai, Add 2tbsp ghee. Then add Clove,Cinnamon and Pepper and add all the veggies mentioned above and saute till it cooks.
- In the veggies, add salt as per taste and red chilli powder. Add the leftover rice in the cooked veggies. Mix it well.
- Now your colourful and flavourful pulav is ready to serve. Serve with raita. Good for lunch box.
