- Batter-In bowl add Maida salt turmeric powder mix well slowly add coconut milk keep mixing for creamy batter without lumps.
- Stuffing-In pan add sugar melt it to carmel syrup add coconut grated mix well add elachi powder mix well set aside.
- Heat the pan grease will some oil or ghee pour batter slowly to thin sheet use pan to move batter once cooked fill it with coconut sugar stuffing roll it out smoothly. Serve hot garnish with honey
