Ingredients

  • 3lit of full fat milk
  • 1 cup coconut powder dry
  • 1 cup almond
  • 1 Cup cashew nut
  • 1 tsp some kishmish
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder
  • 1 tsp custard powder
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  • Boiled the milk then soaked the coconut dry powder and almond cashew nut and made the paste of it in the milk
  • Boiled the milk till it became half then mixed with the past of dry coconut almond and cashunut then cooked for fifteen min
  • Then in a bowl in the milk mixed custard powder and cornflour and cooked by mixing sugar
  • Till everything mixes and becomes in kheer form then add ekachi powder and garnished with some dry fruits
