Coconut Kesar Loddoo

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cup milk powder
  • as required Powdered sugar
  • as required Saffron
  • as required Grinded pistachios
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  • Grate the coconut. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the grated coconut. Stir well on low flame for 7-8 mins.
  • Add milk gradually & cook the coconut properly. Add the milk powder & kesar milk. Mix well.
  • Finally add sugar as per taste. Cook till the coconut is ready to form laddoos.
  • Take out in a bowl and let it cool a little. Grease your palms with ghee. Start making balls out of the coconut dough.
  • Roll each laddoo in grated coconut & sprinkle few pinches of grinded pistachios. Enjoy this special coconut Kesar laddoo anytime.
