- Grate the coconut. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the grated coconut. Stir well on low flame for 7-8 mins.
- Add milk gradually & cook the coconut properly. Add the milk powder & kesar milk. Mix well.
- Finally add sugar as per taste. Cook till the coconut is ready to form laddoos.
- Take out in a bowl and let it cool a little. Grease your palms with ghee. Start making balls out of the coconut dough.
