- Firstly in a mixer jar,put grated coconut, Milk (little at a time) and grind it.In a Kadai/Pan,put Ghee, when melts,add mixture of Coconut,stir slowly till the mixture thickens,add Nestle Milkmaid and Elaichi powder,stir continuously,gas should be in low flame
- Now the mixture of Coconut Burfi will be soft add chopped dryfruits.keep it for cooling.
- In box put butter paper, spread Ghee in all, put mixture,and granish with Cashews on top,set in Refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve this sweet dessert
