- In thick bottom pan and 6 cups water,salt,oil.once start boiling add noodles and cook for 7 to 9 minutes on low flame.
- Remove noodles on strainer and pour water on it. Keep aside. Now in pan or vok add oil.once hot, add chopped garlic,ginger and green chillies.
- Add chopped onion,capsicum,cabbage,saute. Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce,black pepper powder,soy sauce. Mix well.now add cooked noodles.mix well add salt.again mix well and serve hot.
