  • Pastry sheets
  • Cocoa chips
  • Water
  • Milk

Instructions

  • Firstly take the pastry sheets out of the freezer and keep it at room temperature until it becomes soft. Preheat oven at 400 F/ 204 C. Now take one pastry sheet place it on the baking tray on it place 1 to 1 ½ tbsp of choco chips in the middle of the pastry. Now fold it and seal the edges with water and press it well. Make the remaining puffs the same way. Now milk wash it using a basting brush. Now place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake at 400F/ 204 C for 20 minutes. When done remove the baking tray from the oven and serve it hot.
