- Prepare a baking tin with greased sheet.
- Make the pieces of biscuits and grind to powder in grinder jar.
- Transfer to mixing bowl. Add baking powder and mix well. Now mix the coconut milk and make the cake batter.
- Transfer to baking tin and tap to release air bubbles.
- Bake in pre-heated microwave oven at 170°C for 20 minutes. Allow to cool the cake and de-mould.
- To make the ganache mix melted chocolate with coconut cream. Spread on the cool cake.
- Garnish with chopped chocolate,and chaco chips.. The delicious Chocolate Oreo Cake is ready to serve.
