- Grind the biscuits into powder. Mix baking powder, soda, coffee powder, oil, whisked egg, and sugar with milk.
- Preheat a heavy bottom pan for 10 mins. Grease a tin with oil and sprinkle flour. Transfer the batter into it.
- Place the tin inside the pan placing a stand. Cover & let it bake for 35-40 mins. Remove it to a rack & let it cool before demoulding.
- Make a thick but flowing mixture out of dark chocolate & lukewarm milk. Cut the cake horizontally into 2halves. Spread the choco mixture all over the cake.
