Ingredients

  • 4 small chocolate biscuits (Packet)
  • 1 sachet coffee powder
  • 1 egg
  • As Required Milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • As Per Taste Powdered sugar
  • As Required Refined oil
  • As Required Amul dark chocolate (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Grind the biscuits into powder. Mix baking powder, soda, coffee powder, oil, whisked egg, and sugar with milk.
  • Preheat a heavy bottom pan for 10 mins. Grease a tin with oil and sprinkle flour. Transfer the batter into it.
  • Place the tin inside the pan placing a stand. Cover & let it bake for 35-40 mins. Remove it to a rack & let it cool before demoulding.
  • Make a thick but flowing mixture out of dark chocolate & lukewarm milk. Cut the cake horizontally into 2halves. Spread the choco mixture all over the cake.

Notes/Tips
