  • Tamarind
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Turmeric
  • onion

Instructions

  • Soak tamarind for 20 minutes. Extract the tamarind juice and add water, turmeric and onion to it. Heat pan and oil,cumin, mustard,curry leaves, corinader,green chillies and saute well. And add this to the tamarind water. Then add salt and mix well and this goes with rice.
