Ingredients

  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Corn Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Maida
  • 2-3 Green Chilli Chopped
  • Red food colour
  • Oil to fry
  • Few curry leaves chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients with 2 tbsp oil and marinate for 1 hour
  • Deep Fry in Oil
  • Garnish with chopped onion and coriander
  • Serve hot with mayonnaise and green chutney

Notes/Tips

Chicken kababs can be cooked in Oven as well.
