Ingredients

  • 2 tbspn chia seed
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tspn oil
  • 1 green chilli
  • Some Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • Some freshly chopped coriander

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add 2 tbsp chia seed add water and soak it for 1 hour. After an hour add 1/2 cup curd, salt and give it a proper mix and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan to add oil once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, green chili, curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal, and cook it until the dal turns slightly brown.
  • Once done turn off the flame and add the tempering to the chia seed curd rice.
  • Finally garnish it with coriander and your healthy tasty Chia seed curd rice is ready.
