Cheesy Creamy Vegetable Rice

  • 1 tbspn oil 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • as required Some spring onion leeks
  • 1/4 cup boiled corn
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp tandoori sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato.ketchup
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 2tsp chilli flakes
  • 1tsp oregano
  • as required Cooked rice
  • 2 cheese cubes 2 tbsp malai


  • In a pan add oil once the oil is heated add tomatoes, capsicum, corn, spring onion and cook it for about a min for a min at a high flame Then add mayo, tandoori sauce, schezwan sauce,tomato ketchup and give it a mix
  • Add chilli flakes, basil, oregano, cheese, malai and give it a mix. Then add the cooked rice and give a gentle stir and add some fresh spring onion
  • Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl and serve it with cheese sauce. Your Cheesy Creamy vegetables rice is ready.


If required you can add salt.I haven't added salt cz the sauce have salt in them already. You can add baby corn, Broccoli and any other vegetables of your choice
