  • Capsicum
  • Corinader
  • Dried herbs
  • Oregano
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Potato
  • Maida
  • Corn flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • Salt


  • Take a small bowl and add cheese, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, coriander leaves, dried herbs, oregano, red chili flakes and mix the stuffing mixture. Take a bowl and add soft potatoes, salt and mix nicely. Take small dumpling of mixture and flat it and stuff the mixture and close the edges to make the round balls. Make the smooth paste of all purpose flour, corn flour with little water. Dip the balls in the smooth paste and coat it with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls on medium flame. Transfer it into paper towel. Serve hot.
