Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 3 cups
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp + 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • White sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil for rubbing + frying + 3 tbsp+ 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Surti pappdi 1 cup
  • Brinjal 1 cup
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • Potatoes 1 cup
  • Tindora 1 cup
  • Chilli powder 2 tsp + 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garm masala 2 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 3 cups
  • Onion 2 cups
  • Garlic 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • For chapdi Mix flour, carom seeds, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds salt and oil. Make stiff dough from it and dip fry at low flame till crispy and golden brown in color.
  • Take pressure cook heat oil in add carom seeds and all the vegetables and seasoning in it and pressure cook with 2-3 whistle
  • Make paste of tomato, onion and garlic. Now heat oil in pan add above paste and cook till is released, again do the seasoning and add cook vegetables in it.
  • Add the water to it, as it will be soaked in Chapdi. Keep it watery.
  • Serving time Crumble the chapdi, pour the vegetables,muthiya, fried pappad, onion, lemon wedge, coriander and green garlic

Ratio of vegetables can be changed.
