  • Kabuli chana
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Garam masala
  • Water
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coconut powder
  • Red chilli
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and add water,kabuli chana and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. Take a pan and add oil,red chilli,curry leaves, mustard and saute well. Then add red chilli powder,garam masala,salt, coconut powder and mix. Then add boiled and drained kabuli chana and mix well. Then sprinkle some coconut powder on top and mix and serve hot.
