Ingredients

  • Roasted bambino 2 spoon
  • Thick milk 1 cup
  • Elachi powder a pinch
  • Mix fruit bowl 1 cup
  • Sugar 4 spoon
  • Cashew and rasin for garnish
  • Clove 1 pcs optional
  • Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Heat the pan add ghee roast cashew and rasin set aside. In same pan add bambino half cup milk clove water if required boil the bambino add elachi powder and set aside to cool.
  • In other pan add 4 spoon of sugar heat the same until dissolve and form carmel. Turn off flame once cooled boiled milk mix well and add bambino boiled and chopped fruits like apple grapes pomegranate banana mix well garnish with cashew and rasin serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

Make sure Carmel is sauce type avoid Crystallizing.
