- Add milk in a pan and boil.Take 2 tbsp of milk in a glass add cust
- Then add amul mithai mate.Boil for few minutes,Then add semiya. Again boil till gets ready. Keep this in the fridge for 2 hrs.
- Heat pan or kadai add sugar cook till gets caramelized add mango slices & chopped dry fruits mix well & turn off the flame,keep aside.
- Now take out the chilled custard puding, transfer to the glasses.Garnish with caramelized mango slices and dry fruits,choco chips, chopped strawberries and sprinkle rose syrup and enjoy the festival.
