Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 glass milk
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 1/2 cup amul mithai mate
  • as required Some thin semiya
  • 1/2 mango sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped mix dry fruits
  • as per need Few dry strawberries
  • as required Some choco chips
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • as required Adjust garnish acc.to taste or choice

Instructions

  • Add milk in a pan and boil.Take 2 tbsp of milk in a glass add cust
  • Then add amul mithai mate.Boil for few minutes,Then add semiya. Again boil till gets ready. Keep this in the fridge for 2 hrs.
  • Heat pan or kadai add sugar cook till gets caramelized add mango slices & chopped dry fruits mix well & turn off the flame,keep aside.
  • Now take out the chilled custard puding, transfer to the glasses.Garnish with caramelized mango slices and dry fruits,choco chips, chopped strawberries and sprinkle rose syrup and enjoy the festival.
