- Cut the banana length wise into 2halves. Heat a pan. Caramalised the sugar using little water.
- Turn off the flame.Coat the banana pieces with the caramel. Place the Caramalised Banana on a plate with a gap in between.
- Decorate with 3scoops of at least 2different flavours of ice cream. Spread the nuts. Decorate with chocolate syrup or/& jam. Put cherries on top.Serve chilled.
