Cabbage and Carrot Sambhariyu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tbsp mustard seed
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp hing

Instructions

  • Heat oil, crackle the mustard seed, add the dry red chilies, green chilies, and hing. Mix well.
  • Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Add salt. Give a nice mix. Cook on high flame and then remove from the gas.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with roti.
