- Wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Take a large pan, add oil. Now add mustard seeds. After spluttering add urad dal. Then add water once it come to boil. Then add the cut broccoli florets and salt. cover and cook in medium high flame until it cooks fully and becomes soft. Now add corriander and chili powder. Mix nicely. Cover and cook in low flame for further 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot.
