- Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. add 1 tsp garlic cloves
- Add onion and salt, crushed pepper, potatoes cut into cubes. Add broccoli cut into pieces (remove stem)
- Add 1 cup water cover the lid and cook until potatoes are mushy. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
- Churn in mixie to make smooth mixture transfer the mixture in same pan keep the flame slow
- Add some water (if it's too thick) add fresh cream/ malai. Add 1 cube processed cheese and mix it.cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
- And the soup is ready take it in a serving bowl, garnish with some cheese and delicious broccoli and cheese soup with toast.
