Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg broccoli florets
  • 2 medium chopped aloo
  • as required thick slices of one onion
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • as per taste Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai add chopped aloo n roast for one min.
  • Then add florets,onion and all masala ingredients,saute well,cover n cook on low flame.
  • When cooked off the flame and serve with chapati.

Notes/Tips

Add masala according to your convenience and enjoy it with roti's
