- Peel and mesh the potatoes, add chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, grated coriander, garam masala, asafoetida, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt. Mix them well and the filling is ready.
- Take the bread slices, cut them in half. Now wet the slices with water, squeeze them softly with palms and remove extra water.
- Take a spoon full of potato filling and place it in bread slice. Now roll the bread slice to form the bread roll. Sticks the corners together.
- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread rolls in it. Fry till they become golden brown. Serve hot and crispy bread rolls with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney.
