- Take the bourbon biscuits open it and remove the cream and keep it aside in the bowl
- Once done in a mixer grinder grind the bourbon biscuit In mixing bowl add the biscuit,milk and whisk it and keep it aside
- Then take the cake tin and grease it with ghee and dust a little bit of wheat flour and keep it aside Now in the cake batter add baking soda whisk it and pour the batter into the tin
- Place the pressure cooker on the stove and place the stand and above that place the tin and cover it with the lid (no ring,no whistle) bake it for about 30 to 45 Min (after 20 Min just check it once)
- Once done let it cool for 10 Min and on the tin place the plate and invert the tin
- And pour chocolate sauce and your bourbon disc is ready
