  • Black urad dal
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and soak black urad dal for 8 hours. Then grind with ginger. In a bowl put ground urad dal, then add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt mix well. Take banana leaf, grease it with oil, take a lemon size ball and flatten it to vada shape, and put hole at the centre and then deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.
