- Soak kala chana in water overnight. Boil it with lil salt & 1 cup water (adjustable) in pressure cooker. Place the lid, give 8 whistles & it is done.
- Now take a wok, add 1 tbsp oil, heat it. Add pinch of hing & zeera, let it splutter. Add chana now, stir fry it for a minute. Add lil red chilli powder & garam masala powder, stir fry it until dry. Keep aside.
- Take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies. Now add chana. Mix it well. In goes both the salt & black pepper powder, give a mix. Add lemon juice, mix it thoroughly.
- Now add dhania patta, give a gentle stir. Salad 🥗 is ready now.
