- In a mixing bowl add the bhindi then add red chilli,turmeric,coriander powder,salt as per the taste,lemon juice,gram flour and marinate the bhindi well. Set it aside for about 2 Min.
- In a pan add oil once the oil is heated add the marinated bhindi and fry them until the gram flour is little roasted Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl.
- Then In the same pan add oil once the oil is heated add cumin & mustard seeds and let it spultter then add green chillies,red chilli powder turmeric powder and give it a mix.
- Then add the chooped tomatoes,salt as per taste and cook it for about a min. Then add the whisked curd and give it a mix finally add the fried bhindi and cover the pan with a lid until the water present in curd is evaporated.
- Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl and garnish it with coriander. Your Rajasthani Style Besan wali bhindi ki sabji is ready.
