  • Idly batter
  • Beetroot
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take beetroot in blender and blend into a smooth paste. Add water and mix well. Then take idly batter in bowl and add beetroot paste and mix well. Take idly moulds and grease it with oil. Then add batter in it and steam for 10 minutes and serve.
