- Make a puree of Beetroot soak gelatin with 3 tbsp normal water
- heat beetroot puree with mithai mate ,khoya Elaichi together and bring it to boil
- Add soaked gelatin into it and slight boil it for 30 second
- then add chopped nuts in bottom of ceramic bowl or silicon mould and pour the beetroot mixture into it. For 30 minutes put in freezer and then transfer into refrigerator
- demould it and garnish with whipped cream/ edible flower/ any sweet jellies
