Ingredients

  • 100 gram Beetroot puree
  • 100gm milk made/ mithai made
  • 50gm khoya/milkpowder
  • 1/2 tbs elaichi powder
  • Kewra/ rose water
  • 1-1/2 tbs gelatine
  • Assorted nuts

Instructions

  • Make a puree of Beetroot soak gelatin with 3 tbsp normal water
  • heat beetroot puree with mithai mate ,khoya Elaichi together and bring it to boil
  • Add soaked gelatin into it and slight boil it for 30 second
  • then add chopped nuts in bottom of ceramic bowl or silicon mould and pour the beetroot mixture into it. For 30 minutes put in freezer and then transfer into refrigerator
  • demould it and garnish with whipped cream/ edible flower/ any sweet jellies

Notes/Tips

If you dont have khoya you can use milk powder with same quantity Best option mix beetroot pulp with milk powder and then with condense milk/ mithai made and pore it to a pan and heat and add gelatine boil for another 1 min
