Ingredients

  • 4 grated beetroot
  • 300 grams Amul Mithai mate
  • 40 grams milk powder
  • 1 tbsp malai or cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Chopped or grated dry fruits as required

Instructions

  • In wok heat ghee and saute beetroot till some moisture burn.
  • Now add malai or cream followed by milk. Let it cook with continue stirring. Let burn milk and moisture. If required take more amount of milk.
  • Add mithai mate and milk powder. Again stir it till binding and burn all moisture. It will left side of wok or pan. At this time mixture is ready.
  • Now make ball from it and garnish with chopped or grated dry fruits. Our ladoo is ready... Enjoy....
