- In wok heat ghee and saute beetroot till some moisture burn.
- Now add malai or cream followed by milk. Let it cook with continue stirring. Let burn milk and moisture. If required take more amount of milk.
- Add mithai mate and milk powder. Again stir it till binding and burn all moisture. It will left side of wok or pan. At this time mixture is ready.
- Now make ball from it and garnish with chopped or grated dry fruits. Our ladoo is ready... Enjoy....
