Ingredients

  • Hung crud - 2cups
  • Salt - as required
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Boiled beetroot - 1 cup
  • Fresh black grapes (with seeds) - 1 cup

Instructions

  • Curd is a probiotic food and aids in digestion too. Sweet beetroot, which gives the smoothie a vibrant colour and flavour, are loaded with vitamin B9.
  • Usually smoothies are made using blender. For a change why don't we use whisk? Okay then here you go..
  • Take 2 cups of hung curd, whisk them well by breaking out all the clumps in it.
  • Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon powder to it.
  • Boil 1 beetroot, which acts as a natural sweetner in our recipe.
  • Cut them into tiny cubes and add it to your smoothie bowl.
  • Wash the black grapes thoroughly and add them to the same.
  • Mix all the ingredients well. If needed, it can be refrigerated and served.

Notes/Tips

This smoothie with yogurt hits all the right notes. It’s got the perfect creamy texture, has no added sugar, and is full of real, whole food ingredients. (No fruit juice here.) And the best part? It’s got a hint of cinnamon, too.
