- Cut the battars into halves and submerge them in mint chutney for 30-40 seconds to make them soft.
- In a serving plate, assemble these soft battars.
- Top it off with potatoes, onions and papdi.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
- Now pour all the three chutneys i.e. mint chutney, tamarind chutney and hari mirch chutney over it.
- Garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
