Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp dhania powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  • Combine in a bowl batata poha. Mashed it with masher.
  • Add few chopped dhania leaves, red chilli powder, dhania powder. I didn't add salt. In batata poha already salt is their. Before adding salt taste it. Mix...it properly...Mean while preheat Air Fryer 180 degree C for5 minutes.
  • Knead a smooth dough and make a kota in shape. Brush oil in the kofta. Apply oil in the basket....
  • Place the kofta batch wise. In 180 degree C and bake for 20 minutes. Once it is done.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Serve...with homemade tomato sauce..
