- Fry roast Oats and keep aside, allow to cool, then grind few seconds till smooth.
- Mash banana with fork.
- Add sugar, oats, aata to mashed banana and mix well.
- Add oil + vanilla essence + cinnamon powder + salt + baking soda and give a nice mix, batter is ready.
- Take pan cake pan, grease each mould with butter, pour a ladle of batter and allow to cook under low flame for few minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side till golden brown and pan cake is ready.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup or any of your favourite syrup and enjoy.
