Ingredients

  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt To taste
  • Chilli flakes 2 tbsp
  • Dry oregano 1 tbsp
  • Dry basil 1 tbsp
  • Mix herb 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Blench spinach puree 1-1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cheese spread 1/4 cup
  • Process Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Pasta seasoning 1tbsp
  • Boiled Spaghetti 1-1/2cup

Instructions

  • Let firstly make the white sauce Heat the butter in a pan add wheat flour and cook till colour change and aromatic. Now add the milk and herbs, even salt and pepper too. Cook till it creamy and thick.
  • Now in another pan heat the butter add gralic and onion, saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add blench spinach puree and seasoning to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add above white sauce to it and spaghetti. Cook for a while by adding cheese spread.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding water, keep in mind that will bake it so.
  • Now take a baking vessel grease with the butter add the spinach spaghetti,sprinkle gratted cheese, chilli flakes and pasta seasoning. Bake or micro till cheese melt and colour of cheese change.

Notes/Tips

For making white sauce, u can use refined flour, oats flour in place of wheat flour. If u like cheesy and creamy white sauce u can add process cheese and/or cheese spread. For making spinach spaghetti u can use olive oil instead of butter.
