- Soak almonds in hot water for 10mins. Peel off the skin from them.Transfer it to mixer jar.Add 1/4 cup milk.Add saffron stands.Pulse it well so that it forms a runny liquid.Take remaining 3/4 cup milk in a sauce pan.
- Let it boil for few mins.Add kesar badam milk mixture.Let it boil,add sugar and cook for 2mins add cardamom powder, give a quick stir and switch off.
- If you are wishing to have it hot, serve immediately.Else if you are like me who prefers to have it chilled then refrigerate for 30mins then serve.Serve chilled with a garnish of saffron strands .
